Strategy & Operations Lead, People Insights

Atlassian is hiring an experienced Strategy & Operations professional to join our People Insights team; a group of analysts, data scientists, behavioral scientists, researchers and business partners, who use data and research to inform strategic and operational issues facing our leaders, teams, and people. You will be skilled at leading complex cross-functional initiatives with a broad range of stakeholders, and are a strategic thinker who understands the business impact of efficient and effective operations. You will report to the Head of People Insights, Operations & Benefits. Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of People Insights, helping to set and execute strategic priorities. Ensure alignment across the People Insights team and cross-functional partners, driving initiatives that support the organization’s goals. Design and manage operational processes and cadences, including leadership meetings, OKR/QBR sessions, and strategy planning. Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
