Japanese-Speaking Marketing Coordinator - Project Execution Support Contract

Supports events across demand generation, gated content, and lead upload services. It also supports Project Execution Leads throughout the campaign lifecycle. Responsibilities include attending planning meetings, project planning, ensuring data flow, and setting expectations. Acts as a local champion for marketing tools, educates stakeholders, manages customer leads in Marketo, provides reporting, and supports analytics. Assists with project management, ensuring processes are followed and assigning accountabilities. Services cover PO support, demand generation, gated content, website publishing, and event execution, including preparation, registration, and management.
