Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with warm inbound leads (form fills, event leads, site traffic)
  • Manage high daily call volume (100–200 calls/day)
  • Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the sales process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high volume phone sales or B2C closing
  • Strong English communication skills and confident phone presence
  • Ability to control conversations and drive outcomes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in wellness, beauty, fitness, lifestyle or consumer services
  • Experience with CRM tools (Monday, HubSpot, etc.)
