Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with warm inbound leads (form fills, event leads, site traffic)
- Manage high daily call volume (100–200 calls/day)
- Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high volume phone sales or B2C closing
- Strong English communication skills and confident phone presence
- Ability to control conversations and drive outcomes
Nice to Have:
- Experience in wellness, beauty, fitness, lifestyle or consumer services
- Experience with CRM tools (Monday, HubSpot, etc.)
