Trial Representative, Workers' Compensation

Abramson Labor Group is seeking an experienced Trial Representative to support our Workers’ Compensation practice. This individual must be based in or near Oakland, CA, and will be responsible for attending and handling trials throughout the CA Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workers’ Compensation litigation, including trial appearances, negotiation of settlements, handling QME evaluations, and preparing settlement documentation. Key Responsibilities include preparing filed for trial, representing clients at Workers’ Compensation trials and hearings in the CA Bay Area, reviewing and evaluating QME/AME reports to determine case strategy and trial readiness, and negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and defense representatives.
