Responsibilities:
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle of AI-enabled products and features, partnering with data science, engineering, and product teams.
- Lead implementation and enhancement projects for clinical analytical solutions, coordinating with clinical operations and data management.
- Ensure AI and clinical analytics projects meet data privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements including 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, and HIPAA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing AI or machine learning product initiatives.
