Cloud Operations Service Strategy Lead

Role Summary:

• Serves as the strategic bridge between Cloud Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Customer Support, and Partner Management.
• Evangelizes operational excellence and ensures operational considerations are incorporated into product design and service delivery.
• Drives improvements in reliability, scalability, performance, and customer experience across the cloud portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represents operational needs in strategic discussions and partners with leadership to improve service delivery models.
• Collaborates with Product and Engineering to define service limits, influence roadmaps, and ensure operational readiness.
• Conducts deep-dive investigations into recurring issues and translates findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Cloud Operations, SRE, DevOps, or related technology leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and program management skills with ability to influence without authority.
