• Establish a modern infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Build a measurable operating model based on availability, service levels, and incident trends.
• Modernize through automation, AI-enabled operations, and improved tooling.

Infrastructure and Operational Leadership:

• Provide clear accountability for site reliability, cloud operations, data centers, and network engineering.
• Simplify organizational boundaries and align team structure with the future operating model.

Reliability and Operational Excellence:

• Create executive dashboards for operational health, trends, and risks.
• Establish consistent disciplines for SLAs, incident metrics, and capacity reporting.

AI, Automation and Modernization:

• Develop an AI-first operations strategy to reduce manual toil.
• Introduce observability, infrastructure-as-code, and operational intelligence capabilities.
