Customer Training Consultant

We’re looking for a Customer Training Consultant to join our Customer Success team and play a key role in designing and delivering our training programs. In this role, you’ll focus on creating impactful learning experiences for our customers, developing training materials, and delivering both standard and tailored sessions. You’ll work closely with our Content Manager, Revenue, and Product teams to scale training initiatives and ensure customers can confidently and effectively use our platforms OpenCTI and OpenBAS. You will design and build a scalable library of training content, deliver training sessions to customers remotely and on-site, continuously improve training content, document training delivery processes, develop learning paths and certification programs, and contribute to building a customer education strategy.
