Job Description
As part of ALU's strategic growth, the Business Planning & Analysis Director will lead the annual and multi-year business planning cycle, translating strategic priorities into measurable operational and financial targets. This role involves coordinating institutional planning inputs, developing the organizational performance framework, and partnering with Finance and other departments to align forecasts and investment plans. The Director will also lead process mapping and optimization, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement systems to measure process adherence and effectiveness. The role also includes serving as custodian of the institutional risk register, partnering with Legal, Finance, and People & Culture to strengthen enterprise governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making through dashboards and reports.
