Job Description

Rillet seeks our first strategic and driven partnership leader to establish and scale our partnership's function. As the first hire in this area, you will develop and execute our end-to-end partner strategy, shaping how we engage with system integrators, accounting advisors, technology partners, and other strategic relationships. This highly visible, cross-functional role will play a critical part in accelerating Rillet’s growth and long-term success. Responsibilities include developing and leading Rillet’s partnership strategy across key partner categories, expanding existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities, representing Rillet at partner events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity, and/or accounting, experience in strategic partnerships, ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and strong communication skills.
