Job Description

As a Workday Business Analyst, you will work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze, document, and formalize business processes into clear and concise SOPs, develop process maps, workflows, and narratives to capture end-to-end procedures, conduct interviews, workshops, and document reviews to gather requirements and validate process steps, and ensure SOPs are aligned with policy, compliance, and operational needs, and formatted to meet organizational standards. You will also maintain a version control system and manage updates or revisions as needed, translate technical and complex information into reader-friendly, step-by-step guidance for non-technical audiences, collaborate with QA, operations, and project teams to ensure SOPs are validated and implemented, and assist with the creation of supporting materials, such as training guides, checklists, job aids, and FAQs.
