GTM Analytics Lead

Role Overview:

• Own the canonical revenue data model and all metric definitions.
• Build and maintain a unified revenue data and business logic layer.
• Produce decisioning outputs that drive the revenue operating rhythm.

How You Work:

• You are obsessive about data accuracy and feel it personally when a number is wrong.
• You build infrastructure, not one-offs, codifying things in SQL and dbt models.
• You get the business context and use it to build useful data models and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Own all BI dashboards for the Sales organization.
• Establish and automate repeatable data processes in SQL.
• Coordinate with Analytics Engineering and Business Systems on data modeling and quality.

Requirements:

• Strong SQL skills and experience in data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data and modern BI tools.
• Demonstrated experience building a unified data layer and supporting strategic planning.
