Partner Success Manager

This person will help manage both our external partners and internal partnerships team operations and processes. The Partnerships team is a very collaborative team and works very closely with all functions in the company including, strategic partner managers, marketing, business development, relationship management, raise, venture debt, events, support, and onboarding. Work closely with the partnership team to execute on team-wide initiatives and opportunities. Drive pre-event and post-event activations for the partnership team. Drive new partner activation and onboarding. Work internally with strategic partner managers, customer support, revenue operations, compliance, onboarding, sales, marketing, and relationship management teams on behalf of our partners and their referrals. Provide top-tier customer service for both our partners and our partner referrals.
