About the Role:

As a Product Owner, you will serve as the tactical engine who translates strategic vision into well-executed software features.
You will refine the backlog, guide cross-functional teams, and navigate delivery friction with composure.
This mid-level role requires hands-on software delivery experience and a deep commitment to serving the TGNC community.

What You'll Do:

Create clarity by turning complex healthcare requirements into actionable paths for engineering and design.
Lead daily Agile ceremonies and manage feature delivery timelines and release schedules.
Leverage data to tell compelling stories and drive objective decision-making.

What You Bring:

3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Senior Business Analyst.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, story writing, and delivery execution.
A collaborative mindset focused on getting it right, not being right, and strong communication skills.
