Senior Cloud Architect, Delivery (GenAI)

The Opportunity:

• Be part of the global Forward Deployed Engineering team working with rapidly growing companies in Canada, US, and worldwide.
• Focus on install base health, product adoption, proactive engagements, and account-team collaboration.
• Lead the design and implementation of production-grade ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the trusted cloud engineer for high-impact technical optimization across cost, reliability, security, and performance.
• Convert one-off solutions into reusable assets like playbooks, Terraform modules, and documentation.
• Work within account teams alongside CSMs and AMs to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience architecting cloud-based AI/ML solutions with proven track record on AWS.
• Advanced proficiency with AWS AI/ML services, including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote-first, global environment.
