Senior G&A Recruiter

You will own and drive full-cycle hiring for Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other G&A functions and partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver against critical growth priorities. You will also create candidate experiences that model best-in-class recruiting and reflect TRM’s culture and values at every touchpoint. You'll develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to find and engage high-caliber talent in competitive markets and act as a brand ambassador and trusted hiring advisor, helping define what “great” looks like for each G&A role. Build proactive pipelines to ensure TRM can scale quickly in response to new priorities and increased capacity.
