Finance Operations Associate

The Finance Operations Associate will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing and reconciliations. Responsibilities include posting A/P and A/R transactions into QuickBooks Online, performing validity checks, and assisting with reconciliation activities. The role also involves supporting month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, and participating in system-related tasks to maintain financial workflows. Additionally, the associate will contribute to special projects as assigned by management. Key qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3+ years of experience in accounting operations, with a preference for experience in the SaaS, gaming, and computing hardware industries. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with QuickBooks Online and bill.com are also required.
