Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

• This is a hands-on Senior Product Manager role focused on payments and money movement.
• You will work directly with Engineering and Product leadership from week one, taking ambiguous problems to implementation.
• The initial focus includes Payments, ACH, Payouts, Repayments, Card, Orchestration, Settlement, and Risk & Fraud.

What You'll Do:

• Own product definition for money-movement capabilities from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Pressure-test requirements and designs across Payments, Repayments, Card, Orchestration, Payouts, Settlements, and Risk & Fraud.
• Partner with Engineering to translate complex business requirements into clear PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

What You've Done:

• 8+ years in product management with substantial hands-on experience in payments and money movement.
• Directly owned payment or money-movement products involving payment rails, bank transfers, cards, or payouts.
• Demonstrated strong technical fluency with transaction lifecycles, APIs, and reconciliation.
