Internal Coordination:
- Work alongside the National TSOL team to align employer messaging and graduate profiles.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in HubSpot and deliver structured 30/60/90-day transition reports.
Contract Structure:
- Initial 180-day contract with deliverables contingent on 90-day outputs, focusing on building net new employer relationships.
- Hourly rate based on domain expertise, with potential for extension based on pipeline outcomes and fit.
