Entity Management:
- Maintain global subsidiary records.
- Coordinate entity filings and compliance.
- Support formation and restructuring.
Mergers & Acquisitions:
- Assist with deal diligence.
- Prepare signature packets and closing checklists.
- Support integration work streams.
Corporate Governance & SEC Support:
- Help prepare board materials.
- Maintain corporate databases.
- Assist with Section 16 and Form D filings.
