Your Role:
- Managing a personal injury and civil litigation caseload.
- Ensuring court deadlines are met.
- Keeping clients well-informed throughout the legal process.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Preparing, formatting, and filing key court documents.
- Working with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
- Using Clio Manage for case tracking and client communications.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Strong MS Word skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
