Financial Reporting Manager

Financial Reporting Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting.

Key responsibilities include assisting in Kraken's financial close process.

The role involves preparing internal reporting documents for management.

Primary duties involve fulfilling external financial reporting obligations.

Supporting in researching and documenting accounting presentation and disclosure issues is crucial.

Ensuring compliance with GAAP/SEC requirements is a must.

This role includes preparing and reviewing supporting work papers for disclosures.

You'll work collaboratively with internal business teams.

Also, you'll coordinate requests from internal and external auditors.
