Technical Accounting:
- Support adoption of new accounting standards.
- Assist with acquisition and disposal transactions.
- Research and interpret accounting guidance (US GAAP & IFRS).
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining compliance with SOX internal controls.
- Assist with the external audit process by providing timely documentation.
- Ensure SOX compliance by documenting internal controls
