Growth Marketing Associate

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in scaling the company’s paid media and performance creative efforts. Reporting to the Growth Lead, you’ll manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, influencers, and other growth channels — balancing data-driven strategy with creative experimentation. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, creative partners, and marketing stakeholders to build, test, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results. You will manage day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of growth campaigns across Meta, TikTok, influencer, and other performance channels.
