Associate Legal Counsel (Commercial)

Sei Labs is seeking a motivated Associate Counsel to join their growing legal team. The Associate Legal Counsel will focus primarily on commercial agreements and general corporate matters, helping to establish standard SLAs, streamline contract workflows, and support the legal team in managing day-to-day operations. This role provides meaningful exposure to complex commercial and regulatory issues, with ample room for growth. You'll draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, develop and maintain standard SLAs, templates, and playbooks to drive efficiency in legal operations. You'll also support entity management and corporate governance.
