Student Finance Advisor I (Remote)

The Student Finance Advisor I will provide exceptional service to students by educating them on tuition, fees, and financial aid options available to cover program costs. The Advisor proactively follows up with students to ensure documentation to secure financial aid, military benefits or other payment arrangements prior to each term start. The role is responsible for following up with students with unpaid balances to make satisfactory payment arrangements. This position entails a very high volume of calls & emails, so if you thrive in a fast-paced & busy environment, this position is for you! Responsibilities include advising students on program costs and financing options, providing customer service to collect necessary documentation, making outreach calls to discuss financial aid packages, and following up on delinquent accounts.
