Job Description

The Operations Analyst coordinates day-to-day executive support for Community Engagement leadership (scheduling, briefing materials, logistics, and information flow) to keep priorities moving with minimal friction, helping to manage team projects, track progress against key milestones, and maintain internal systems. Responsibilities include project and priority tracking, leadership cadence, notes, and communication, knowledge & document management, issue triage & stakeholder routing. The analyst will build source-of-truth slides and data for Monthly and Quarterly Business & Operational Reviews, coordinate inputs and chase owners, run version control and final QA. They will also help organize logistics and track details for community events, staffing plans, and team capacity as well as assist with onboarding tasks for new full-time and temporary staff.
