Job Description
The Partnership Success Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing the performance of our partner relationships. This role involves cultivating and expanding partnerships nationwide, with a focus on agents. The Partnership Success Manager will develop strategic business initiatives, address partner challenges using Opendoor products, and work with senior leadership both internally and externally to drive partnership adoption and success.
This position requires regular performance management meetings, troubleshooting complex transactions, delivering exceptional partner service, and developing innovative growth strategies. The working schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend communication as required. Main duties include developing a comprehensive understanding of Opendoor partnership offerings, serving as a subject matter expert on internal processes, fostering strong partner relationships, establishing performance management metrics, and collaborating with leadership to improve conversion rates.
