Job Description
IDC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our IT Enterprise Apps team, supporting a suite of back-office applications. This role offers the opportunity to partner with HR and Legal teams, contributing to broader enterprise initiatives. Build the roadmap and backlog for the initiatives for the Finance, HR and Legal functional areas. Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories for technical teams. Develop detailed program and project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Facilitate productive conversations with business stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication regarding projects in flight and the new ones in the pipeline. Closely work with the external consultants and vendors and internal resources across business analysis, development, testing, and deployment phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), driving accountability and ensuring quality deliverables. Oversee multiple workstreams within a larger program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing interdependencies and risks effectively. Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, employing strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex environments.
