Trust and Safety Policy, Ads Policy, Lead (Europe)

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the development, drafting, and maintenance of strategic advertising policies across Reddit's ads products acting as subject matter expert in the EMEA region.
• Draft risk assessments and strategic policy recommendations for senior cross-functional leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Act as a role model of Reddit’s Company Values, assisting teammates and providing guidance as a senior peer leader.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, standards, or policy development in tech or advertising.
• Deep subject matter expertise in advertising or content policy on an international scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex policy matters into simple business terms.
