What You’ll Do:

  • Own and lead the development, drafting, and maintenance of strategic advertising policies across US and international markets.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams as a senior policy consultant to embed guardrails in early-stage product development.
  • Serve as the decision-maker on highly complex, grey-area ads policy escalations, delivering definitive, risk-balanced rulings.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, standards, or policy development, with significant experience in tech, advertising, or Trust and Safety.
  • Proven track record of taking complete ownership of complex policy projects autonomously in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in advertising or content policy on an international scale.
