Role Overview:
- We are seeking a People+ Manager to serve as a business partner providing operational and strategic HR guidance across US and UK business units.
- This role works closely with the VP, People and various stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and support employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build effective partnerships with department leaders and employees, offering thorough HR guidance.
- Act as first point of contact for employee queries, providing advice on policies and legal compliance.
- Deliver and implement the People team's strategic plan, optimizing employee experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of senior HR generalist experience, preferably in an advertising agency environment.
- Thorough understanding of US employment legislation and experience with HR systems like Dayforce and Greenhouse.
- Strong communication, organizational, and people-management skills with a solution-focused approach.
