Responsibilities:
- Report to the VP, People Operations and deliver best practices and business-focused solutions for people-related initiatives across multiple departments, teams, and markets.
- Act as a strategic advisor on employee relations, performance management, development, retention, and conflict resolution.
- Lead annual talent review and succession planning, driving organizational effectiveness and mitigating risk through labor law knowledge.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of HR experience with 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools to streamline HR tasks and enhance team effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $100,000-$125,000, plus annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units.
