Role Overview:

  • This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic HR advisor supporting manufacturing and operations leaders across multiple locations.
  • You will help shape people strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.
  • Working remotely, you will partner with leadership teams to drive workforce planning, talent initiatives, and employee experience improvements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by aligning HR strategies with operational priorities.
  • Support multiple sites remotely, providing guidance across workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5–7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, operations, distribution, or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices; proven ability to coach managers and handle complex employee relations.
