Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, mapping them to capabilities.
- Ensure standards, systems, and processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Drive technical implementation of Recipe Driven Operations.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience in a regulated industry.
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions aligned to ISA-88, ISA-95, ISA-18.2.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical production processes.
- Ability to adapt communication styles.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
