Instructor

Teaching and Responsibilities:

• Deliver live, online courses over 11 weeks using engaging instructional strategies.
• Host weekly office hours and work with Teaching Assistants to manage grading and student engagement.
• Contribute to co-curricular programming to enrich the overall student learning experience.

Requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree in the relevant subject area and have at least 2 years of university-level teaching experience.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and digital facilitation skills, including comfort with LMS and video platforms.
• Be proactive, reliable, and passionate about equity and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earn between $5,000 and $8,000 per course, depending on the credit load, for an 11-week quarter.
