Senior Instructional Designer

Accountabilities:

• Partner with product and assessment stakeholders to clarify requirements for professional learning offerings.
• Develop research-aligned professional learning that meets defined learning outcomes and analyze user research to recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior team members, support backlog refinement, and collaborate within scrum teams to ensure high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in EdTech product development and instructional design, with at least 3 years as a classroom teacher.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, with in-depth knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and K-12 curricula.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to new technologies, and experience with asynchronous learning tools like Articulate and Camtasia.
