Accountabilities:

  • Leading the full learning design lifecycle, from analysis through evaluation.
  • Ensuring learning solutions are aligned with organizational priorities and workforce needs.
  • Designing, developing, and continuously enhancing enterprise learning programs using established instructional design models and modern digital learning practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in eLearning and instructional design using adult learning theory.
  • Experience working in healthcare or clinical operations environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing end-to-end learning solutions using methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and Agile.
  • Developing diverse learning assets including courses, videos, simulations, guides, assessments, and interactive learning activities.
  • Supporting LMS integration and serving as a key resource for training design standards and implementation across the organization.
