Instructional Designer

Design & Development:

• Design and develop self-paced eLearning modules using authoring tools
• Build scenario-based learning experiences, clinical case studies, and branching simulations
• Create performance support materials including job aids, quick reference guides, and workflow-embedded resources

Collaboration & Partnership:

• Partner with clinical subject matter experts, operational leaders, and technology stakeholders to conduct needs analyses
• Collaborate with the broader L&D team to ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and quality across all learning products
• Participate in project intake, scoping, and timeline management

Continuous Improvement:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions using data from the LMS (Docebo)
• Stay current with instructional design methodology, healthcare learning trends, and emerging tools
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of L&D standards, templates, and design processes
