- Co-own quality outcomes with the Manager of Quality; align on guidelines, audits, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and secure rater/annotator capacity; optimize shifts, automation, and tooling.
- Build and manage budgets, ensuring commercial and delivery commitments stay aligned.
