Senior Infrastructure Engineer (IT Operations & Network)

Infrastructure Leadership:

• Design and manage enterprise network infrastructure across routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and wireless.
• Architect hybrid cloud environments on AWS, Azure, and GCP with a networking and operations focus.
• Build automated, version-controlled infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub-based GitOps.

Observability and Monitoring:

• Mature observability strategy using Datadog, Dynatrace, and LogicMonitor for proactive detection.
• Implement SNMP-based polling and dashboarding for faster issue resolution.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for network and infrastructure issues.

Automation and Best Practices:

• Automate IT operations tasks through scripting with Python or PowerShell.
• Enforce pull request-based change management and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Maintain documentation and diagrams reflecting current network and infrastructure state.
