About the Role:
- Contract accountant to support finance as revenue scales from $5M to $80M ARR.
- Work with the billing lead to keep books, collections, and vendor payments on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly close: reconciliations, accruals, journal entries.
- Work AR: invoice follow-up, cash application, aging.
- Work AP: vendor bills, approvals, payment runs.
- Resolve billing-related tickets.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of accounting experience with month-end close, AR, and AP.
- SaaS or high-growth background; QuickBooks, Stripe, Bill.com.
- Remote and independent, with CPA or usage-based billing a plus.
