Job Description
Provide technical support for the Nextgen EHR platform, including triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues. Collaborate with clinical and operations staff to understand workflows and translate requirements into system configurations. Develop and maintain documentation for Nextgen EHR processes and configurations. Implement and manage system updates, patches, and upgrades for the Nextgen EHR platform. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization. Enforce security policies and best practices within the Nextgen EHR environment. Provide general IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
