Planning:
- Lead annual and long-range planning from capacity modeling to headcount alignment.
- Drive forecast cadence and scenario planning with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Own and execute the Revenue operating cadence across forecasting and pipeline.
Compensation:
- Own the end-to-end variable compensation strategy and execution across the revenue organization.
- Partner with Finance, People, and Sales leadership to model compensation scenarios.
- Ensure incentive structures are competitive and aligned to business outcomes.
AI Orchestration:
- Serve as the AI orchestration layer for Revenue Operations.
- Define how AI is adopted within the various segments.
- Scale an AI-native operating model for field teams.
