Key Responsibilities:

  • Support colleague onboarding and serve as a point of contact for tools and processes.
  • Coordinate regional events, pulse reporting, and Duty of Care topics in alignment with central teams.
  • Analyze staffing and impact data to aid regional decision-making and maintain regional knowledge resources.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Possess 5+ years in operations, administration, or consulting with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with a strong analytical mindset for data and reporting.
  • Have excellent English skills; French is advantageous, and global work experience is a plus.
