Job Description

As a Benefits Representative, you will assist members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes, explain benefits options and provide guidance to help members make informed decisions, conduct benefits meetings for new members, troubleshoot and resolve benefits-related issues, act as a liaison between members and our main office, and participate in open enrollment processes and communicate changes effectively. This is a full-time, remote position offering flexibility and ongoing training and support and career growth. There is weekly pay and performance bonuses.
