General Contractor

The Skillset:

• Active General Contractor License: Must hold an active commercial General Contractor license in at least one US state.
• Qualifying Agent Status: Must be willing and able to act as the legally qualifying individual for Flock Safety on state and local licenses.
• Construction Code Expertise: Deep working knowledge of the International Building Code and local amendments.

90 Days at Flock:

• Assess current use of third-party GCs and identify where Flock-held licenses and self-performance create the most value.
• Begin the application or reciprocity process to serve as Flock’s qualifying agent in priority states.
• Finalize key state licenses, enabling Flock to directly hold and manage projects in those regions.
