The Solutions Consultant will empower the FloQast direct sales team by acting as a liaison to help address accounting-specific questions, scenarios or other elements during the sales cycle in order to maximize revenue and drive rep development. This remote position requires aligning daily working hours with West Coast customers and coworkers.
Key responsibilities include joining remote and occasional on-site demonstration meetings, conducting value-based product demonstrations, participating in webinars and industry events, and elevating the sales teamβs accounting knowledge. The consultant will continuously strategize with the sales team on positioning, objection handling, and next steps, lead internal training sessions, and leverage statistical analysis to identify areas of need.
Additionally, the role involves coordinating with product, support, and setup teams, collaborating with Marketing on collateral development, communicating the impact experienced by sales reps, and assisting partnership/consulting and customer success teams with accounting-related questions. The consultant will also maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape and assist in technical evaluations of the FloQast application. Travel is required up to 25%.
