Key Responsibilities:
- Apply deep GRC expertise to serve as the primary subject matter expert for Fortune 500 customer engagements, advising on frameworks like SOC 2 and HIPAA.
- Lead and develop a high-performing GRC advisory team by hiring, mentoring, and establishing clear operating rhythms and success metrics.
- Drive strategic customer outcomes by diagnosing compliance program challenges and designing solutions rooted in GRC best practices.
Leadership and Influence:
- Demonstrate strategic leadership by operating at multiple altitudes to identify systemic issues and solve control-level details.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to influence roadmap priorities based on enterprise regulatory requirements and represent the voice of compliance leaders.
- Engage strategically with executive customers through onsite travel and lead Executive Business Reviews focused on compliance maturity and risk posture.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Possess 11+ years of deep GRC experience across major frameworks and a demonstrable auditing background from Big 4 or similar firms.
- Show proven ability as a trusted advisor to C-level executives on compliance strategy and have 4+ years leading customer-facing teams.
- Exhibit strategic ownership, data literacy, and exceptional communication to navigate complex compliance scenarios and audit pressures.
