Job Description

In this role, you will assist the Sr. Manager in implementing organizational strategies and goals related to technology, processes, and change management. You will collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals, manage change processes, and document and optimize Customer Success procedures and training materials. You will also be responsible for editing and optimizing automations, as well as assisting in researching, cleaning, and organizing data and analytics. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in an operational role with strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in software solutions, and a passion for customer success.
